Our research helps organizations to enhance their:

    • decision making, and
    • customer satisfaction

We recognize that organizations operating at the front-end of their market need to excel in each of the above elements. In addition, we know that organizations and managers are overloaded by overly optimistic ‘solutions’ such as new organizational forms (communities of practice, network organizations, outsourcing, etc.) and online technologies (e-business applications, virtual worlds, social software, blogs, etc.).

Organizations and managers seek better understanding of what these solutions have to offer. By using an academic approach, the KIN research group develops knowledge into the actual use, implications, and business value of these innovative organizational forms and technologies.
