Profile

Marlous Agterberg is a PhD candidate at the VU University Amsterdam, Department of Economics and Business Administration, and visiting scholar at McGill University, Montréal. Her research focuses on knowledge networks in geographically distributed organizations, or, more specifically, how intra-firm knowledge networks are managed and how they contribute to organizational learning. Her work has been presented at various international conferences like Academy of Management Conference, OLKC and Communities and Technologies, and she has published in Journal of Management Studies.
