Profile

As part of his PhD, Nima is investigating the process of organizational learning through technology acquisitions. His research aims to reveal how firms in the high-tech industries can successfully acquire knowledge-intensive firms to innovate and thus how organizations can learn through high-tech acquisitions. Nima is especially interested in how knowledge exchange takes place between employees of the acquiring and acquired firms (on a micro-level) and how organizations can enhance sharing of knowledge on an employee level, in order to stimulate innovation.
