Bart van den Hooff appointed full Professor Organizational Communication and Information Systems

We are very pleased to announce that Bart van den Hooff has been appointed full professor of Organizational Communication and Information Systems at VU University Amsterdam, KIN Research Group.

Bart received his PhD (with honors) in Communication Science, from the University of Amsterdam.

Before joining the KIN Research Group at the VU in 2006, Bart worked at the University of Amsterdam and Delft  University of Technology. His research focuses on the use of ICT in organizations, knowledge sharing, and online interaction.

Bart’s work has been published in among other Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, Journal of Information Technology, Information & Management, Communication Research, European Journal of Information Systems, and Information Processing & Management (see full list).
