In today’s tight job market, highly-educated millennials who know what digitalization offers for businesses are in high demand. We help our Business Network members with their recruitment challenges by creating access to our master students:
- We run the Digital Business and Innovation Master’s Program (DBI): ±125 students
- We attract a multidisciplinary group of international students motivated to pursue a career in digital business and innovation
Besides building the analytical skills to tackle the complex business challenges of the digital era, our international students develop skills and expertise to develop, manage and implement digital innovations.
Our students learn both about theories and practice regarding topics such as data & analytics, the future of work, managing digital Innovation, business process & IT alignment, digital marketing, and digital consultancy. They typically get positions such as IT consultants, technology advisers, management consultants, business analysts, data analyst, cyber-security advisers, solution architects and digital transformation consultant.
Within the business network, we offer our partner organisations access to top talent by providing the opportunity for networking and interaction with students, graduates and partners.

Testimonials from previous participants
A good place to meet your future employers and explore the professional landscape you might encounter. (Arnout Groen, Digital Business & Innovation Master’s Student)
The event facilitated a great dynamic between students and companies. On one hand, the companies were balanced between showing what truly happens in the business environment and scouting for talent. On the other hand, students got a taste of the real deal while showcasing what they were made off. The atmosphere was energising and overall I would highly recommend the event to a friend. (Yoep Duinkerken, International Business Administration Bachelor’s Student)
The talent event was a really nice event, which allowed for both formal and informal contact with companies. It provided a nice opportunity to talk to companies that I would otherwise not have addressed. (Lorena Tol, Digital Business & Innovation Master’s Student)
The event was an exciting and fun way to interact with companies that are ahead of the game in terms of digital strategies. (Rachel Schachter, Digital Business & Innovation Master’s Student)
I really enjoyed participating in the KIN Talent Event, it gave me the opportunity to get insights on firms daily activities through practical business cases. Later on, during the network drinks, I had inspiring discussions with the representatives of the different companies. I want to thank the KIN Institute for organising this event and for allowing us students to connect with professionals. (Robin Rico, Digital Business & Innovation Master’s Student
