Natalja Laurey has won the Academy of Management Best Reviewer Award for the Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) Division. The TIM division employed 718 reviewers this year, for a total of 1,707 reviews. Out of these 718 reviewers, only 25 were selected as recipients of the Best Reviewer Award based on quality of the feedback provided. She will receive a plaque during the annual TIM meeting of the annual Academy of Management conference, which will be hosted in Vancouver, Canada, this year.
Natalja Laurey is a first year ABRI PhD student at the KIN research group at the department of Information, Logistics and Innovation. Before starting her PhD, she graduated from her Social Research Master in Anthropology (VU University) and her Bachelors in Cultural Anthropology (University of Amsterdam). Her current research project is on cross-over collaboration for digital innovation, in which she explores how so-called ‘generative brokers’ like design/innovation firms connect between heterogeneous actors to collaboratively develop creative outcome.
