Florence started as a management assistant at the KIN Group (Knowledge, Information and Innovation Research Group), assisting Marleen Huysman at VU University Amsterdam in December 2016. After her high school education in Amsterdam, she went to Paris to study French (language and culture) for one year. Then she continued her education at NHTV Breda (Academy of Tourism, Leisure and Traffic). Being educated in the Tourism Field she started to work for companies like Transavia Holland (stewardess), Tourist Office Amsterdam (marketing assistant), and KLM (passage employee at Schiphol Airport). Later on she learned that becoming a management assistant was ‘great fun’. Motivated by being also a management assistant for KLM (Ground Services Schiphol Airport), she had her next education experience at Hoge School Utrecht and Secretary Management Institute, studying to be a management assistant, while working for companies like Vendex KBB (retail), Rabobank (Corporate Clients) and Blue Sky Group (Pension Fund of KLM).
