The workshop is titled “Designerly ways of organizing for Digital Innovation”. Designing digital innovations poses new challenges for firms to coordinate innovation across the boundaries within and between organizations. Kleinsmann and Deken will present provocative images of the new roles that designers will have to take on to address these challenges. During this session, innovators and researchers will discuss their experiences with digital innovation as input for the ongoing research projects at KIN research and the Management & Organization group (Industrial Design Engineering) at the Delft University of Technology.
